Senior’s

There are many Senior’s in our communities (parents, neighbours, friends) that are advancing to an age where help is welcome with meal preparation and cooking. Not only is the help welcome but the piece of mind knowing that a well balanced, healthy meal is being eaten.

Local Flavours’ Personal Chef Service assists Seniors who are still able to live on their own but are not up to the task of food shopping and meal preparation, enabling them to continue to be independent. Local Flavours provides nutritious meals that are customized just for their tastes with a far greater variety than what is typically offered by home meal replacement services.

The following menu items are a sample of some of our client’s favourite dishes.

Poultry

Chicken Parmagiana
Chicken Breast breaded with Parmesan, Romano and Breadcrumbs, topped with Marinara, Mozzarella and Fresh Basil, served over Pasta.

Chicken Parmesan
Breaded chicken breasts in a tomato sauce with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses served with green salad and garlic bread.

Sweet and Spicy Chicken
Pan-fried Chicken breaded with Taco Seasoning, Served with Rice.
