Senior’s
There
are many Senior’s in our communities (parents, neighbours,
friends) that are advancing to an age where help is welcome with
meal preparation and cooking. Not only is the help welcome but
the piece of mind knowing that a well balanced, healthy meal is
being eaten.
Local
Flavours’ Personal Chef Service assists Seniors who are
still able to live on their own but are not up to the task of
food shopping and meal preparation, enabling them to continue
to be independent. Local Flavours provides nutritious meals that
are customized just for their tastes with a far greater variety
than what is typically offered by home meal replacement services.
